We suggest investing a total of 6% of your gross sales, after discounts. For the national advertising after 100 beauty full days stores opened, you pay 1% of your gross sales, after discounts into the Beauty Full Days advertising fund. This fund is used to buy national advertising and other activities that increase sales and notoriety.

What areas are available ?

Beauty Full Days currently has spas open or opening across the country. Beauty Full Days hasn’t signed any area development agreements but works by signing single franchise agreements for specific territories. Although new cities are being continually granted, Beauty Full Days is very recently starting to develop the US market so most areas are available for now.

Is there a territory for each franchise, how is it defined ?

Yes. Each franchise is granted a specific area. Each area is defined based on population, travel time and sometimes natural boundaries. We require a minimum of 20,000 population.

Are the malpractice and liability insurance expensive ?

The treatments done in Beauty Full Days are non-invasive and have few side effects and therefore the professional liability and Medical Malpractice insurance is very reasonable.

What kind of location are you looking for ?

We prefer class B+ commercial or strip malls close to a high end retail area anchored in a regional mall and that is close to major highways and easy to explain how to find. A minimum of 800 Sq ft or a maximum of 2,000 sq ft are necessary. The average size for a Beauty Full Days is 1,200 sq ft.

Do I need to run the Beauty Full Days myself ?

We recommend active management. However, this does not mean you need to be the on-site manager of the store but rather acquire the managing experience initially. Many of our franchisees plan to personally manage their first spa and then work into a higher level management role as they open additional spas.

How can I use the logo ?

The use of Beauty Full Days or Frantz Lallement Cosmetics logo and trademark is strictly limited to signage, following precisely our guidelines. The same may occur for part of the local advertising material like flyers, mailing etc. but again, precise guidelines are to be strictly applied. It is NOT possible to use the logo on items like T-shirts, caps, pens, towels, uniforms etc… We provide all necessary promotional material in order to ensure a consistent quality and image.

What training will a franchisee receive ?

The training for franchisees and spas managers is now available in Miami Beach. It lasts 5 days, from Monday through Friday. Your consultant can provide available dates and specific information regarding reservation for this training. Training includes waxing techniques, facials treatments, pedicure and manicure rechniques, advertising and promotion, Operation & management. Travel, room and board are not included in the Franchise fee. Additionally an operation consultant travels and supervises each new salon’s opening for 4 days. All of the operation consultant expenses are included in the franchise fee. We recommend that as many employees as possible attend both trainings.

How are franchisees selected ?

Franchisees are selected by revising their Confidential Profile and what information the development consultant will gather. We may request additional information. The financial capacity is necessary but motivation, dedication, moral character and personality are also important.

What kind of support franchisees can expect ?

Besides providing an operation consultant for the first 4 days of operation of each salon, we also provide support during the four weeks leading to each opening by phone to review the progress. A web site is available with marketing material and communication material as well as any updates to the systems and important information. Franchisees are not left on their own. They receive the visit of their network assistant at least three times a year. Access to the annual convention is also available
